Tambahkan air hangat, aduk rata. Masukkan air jeruk, aduk rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sendokkan karamel ke dalam pinggan kecil tahan panas yang sudah diolesi margarin. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aduk bahan custard lalu saring. Tambahkan air hangat, aduk rata. Dinginkan, lalu bagi menjadi dua bagian. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil 1 bagian karamel, tambahkan susu, 50 gr gula pasir dan agar, lalu didihkan sambil diaduk. Kocok putih telur sampai setengah kaku, tambahkan 25 gr gula pasir sambil dikocok kaku. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan adonan agar ke dalam kocokan putih telur sambil dikocok rata. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang 20 cm, bekukan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Buat lapisan II, rebus sisa karamel dan bahan II sambil diaduk hingga mendidih dengan api kecil. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang ke atas lapisan I lalu bekukan. Ada 2 macam bentuk agar-agar yaitu yang berbentuk batangan atau bubuk. Dalam pemakaiannya bentuk bubuk lebih praktis. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Basahi dulu cetakan yang akan digunakan agar puding mudah saat dikeluarkan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Untuk puding yang berlapis-lapis, tunggu hingga lapisannya agak mengeras baru ditambah dengan lapisan lain. Masukkan beras dan ayam ke dalam kaldu ayam sayuran hingga lunak. Masukkan wortel dan teruskan merebus.&lt;br /&gt;2.       Tambahkan bayam, garam, dan margarin, rebus selama 3 menit. Campur pisang dengan tepung tapioka, aduk hingga dapat dipulung. Ambil 2 sdt adonan, pulung bulat kecil.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus gula dengan santan cair dan daun pandan hingga larut. Saring. Didihkan kembali lalu masukkan pisang hingga masak, lalu kentalkan dengan sedikit tepung tapioka yang sudah dicairkan dengan air.&lt;br /&gt;3.
